1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stock Picks Now ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stock Picks Now provides daily stock analysis, technical signal detection, and trade-plan recommendations based on publicly available market data. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Results

All picks, analyses, stop-loss levels, hold-period targets, and backtested results are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading stocks involves substantial risk of loss, and you may lose some or all of your capital. Stock Picks Now makes no representations regarding the likelihood of any particular outcome.

3a. Backtest and Simulation Disclaimer

Portfolio simulations, ROI figures, win rates, and cumulative P&L charts displayed on the Service are hypothetical and based on historical price data. They assume perfect execution at modeled entry and exit prices and do not account for:

• Slippage — the real-world difference between the price you expect and the price you actually get, especially on volatile names or large positions.
• Commissions and fees — broker commissions, SEC fees, or other transaction costs.
• Taxes — short-term capital gains, wash-sale rules, and other tax consequences that reduce real returns.
• Execution risk — gaps, halts, or illiquidity that prevent you from buying or selling at the modeled price.
• Concurrent-position capital — our "ROI on Capital Deployed" assumes you can size every position equally regardless of account balance.

Hypothetical performance has many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

3b. Pick Updates and Stop-Loss Execution

Picks are generated based on market data at the close of each trading day and posted shortly afterward. Because markets open the next day, the suggested entry price (next-day open) and stop-loss are modeled values:

• Entry slippage: Real next-day opens can differ meaningfully from the modeled price, especially after news or earnings.
• Stop-loss fills: A stop-loss order is not guaranteed to execute at the stated price. Gap-down opens, fast moves, and illiquid names can result in fills well below the stop level.
• Hold-period exits: Our 5-day and 10-day grades assume exit at the close of the specified trading day. If you choose to hold longer or exit earlier, your results will differ.

You are solely responsible for confirming current price action with your brokerage before placing any order.

4. Not Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific security. Stock Picks Now is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any associated financial consequences.

5. Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age to open a brokerage account in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. You are responsible for ensuring that using this Service and trading securities is legal in your jurisdiction.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party sites, brokerages, or data providers. Stock Picks Now may earn a commission when you sign up through these links. This does not affect the picks or analysis provided. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or practices of any third party.

7. Account and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Subscription and Billing — Auto-Renewal Disclosure

PRO subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until you cancel. By starting a PRO subscription, you authorize Stock Picks Now (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your selected payment method the then-current monthly subscription fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

• Recurring charge. The subscription fee disclosed at checkout will be charged today and on the same date each month thereafter.
• How to cancel. Sign in, open the Manage Subscription portal (linked from the Account menu), and click "Cancel subscription". You may also cancel by emailing hello@stockpicksnow.com.
• Effect of cancellation. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. PRO access remains active through that period.
• Refunds. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
• Price changes. If we change the subscription price, we will provide notice by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.

This Service complies with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606). California residents may also cancel by email to hello@stockpicksnow.com with the subject "Cancel My Subscription".

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Stock Picks Now — including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, backtests, and analysis — is the property of Stock Picks Now and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stock Picks Now and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided, including any financial losses from securities trading.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
